This week I started taking photos of buildings such as my first photo and then came to realize I really liked the different overlays of text, signs and other objects. This led me to focus on more specific objects rather than buildings and I really liked the variety of this series. During this draft I also discovered a different way of overlaying the different photos.
I really like how blurred your photos are and how some aspects of the photo are repeating. You did a great job and I love the black and white touch. Great job this week!
ReplyDeleteI really like the way your overlay your images. They are just the right amount of blurriness, and are very interesting to look at. I think the black/white/grey editing adds a lot to your images and helps make them cohesive. Great Job!!
ReplyDeleteI like the way that all these photos are overlapped. They really give you the illusion that they are moving. My favorite on is the second one because the line really give that extra touch of illusion. Nice job!
ReplyDeleteThese are really cool. I agree with the other comments about the illusion of motion. I wonder if, moving forward, you could try adding some color (even if it doesn't go with the technique of the artist you are mimicking). These are amazing, still.
ReplyDeleteI really like how your images seem like they're moving even though they are not. I think the black and white filter really helps make your blurred photos more cohesive. Great work!
ReplyDeleteI really like how you have incorporated other subjects into your photos rather than just buildings. I also like that you have really made the layers diverge from the norm because it makes a more dizzying affect (this is especially true in your first photo with the multi-angled shots of the church). Keep experimenting!
ReplyDeleteI really like these images. The way you chose a single object to focus on, helps the image become stronger, because it allows the viewer to observe one specific subject. I think the black and white contrast is a strong point that helps your images. Fantastic Job!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy this draft becasue you were able to captrue many layers of the subject. Thus putting many different perspectives to the viewers mind.
ReplyDeleteVery cool photos. Nice effects. The one thing I saw that I believed could have made the photos even better was to maybe darken it a little more or turn the contrast up.
